Rules and Guidelines

Join Our Raiders T-Shirt Design Contest Today!

It’ll be fun, great exposure and you’ll possibly make money for years to come! Here’s how it works:

Design Guidelines: 

• Each design should be inspired by the Las Vegas Raiders
• Your design may include Las Vegas, the original Las Vegas sign or variations (there’s no copyright on the sign), or Raider Ladies logo and/or name (we give our permission)
• Your design can only be for the front of a shirt 
• You may submit up to three designs to Raider Ladies. They must be submitted as separate entries
• There are no gender or age requirements for this contest
• Your design must be wholly original. By submitting a design you are guaranteeing that you hold rights to everything in it and that it does not contain any copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet unless clearly marked as published under a creative commons (cc) license

Reducing The Number Of Submitted Designs:

Before voting, if more than 10 designs are submitted, your design may need to be chosen by the Raider Ladies Team first. They will use the following criteria: 

• Concept and originality
• Captures spirit of the Raiders, Raider Ladies and Las Vegas
• Striking and memorable design
• Visibility – eye-catching and visible from a reasonable distance

Submission Guidelines and Agreement:

• All entries should be submitted with our Submission Form AFTER the design is uploaded to your personal TeePublic store. (See store information below)
•  Entries must include your store name and design tag number. Our contest begins on August 6, 2021 and designs will be accepted for 7 days. You must submit your design by August 14, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST
• Include a lower quality image (Max. 500 px X 400 px) of your design for voting on the Raider Ladies Submission Form. Don’t forget to include your contact info so we can tell you that you’ve won! (Your information will never be shared or sold by us)

General Contest Information:

Entries will be narrowed down to a maximum of 10 by the Raider Ladies Team, then voted upon by the fans. The highest number of votes wins the contest and will be featured on our “Winners Post.”

• Voting begins on August 16, 2021. Finalists’ designs will be posted on RaiderLadies.com and Raider Ladies Facebook and Instagram pages utilizing likes as a voting mechanism. 
• Voting closes on August 21, 2021 at 11:59 PM PST. Winners will be notified by email via the information provided on your design submission.
• At the sole discretion of the Raider Ladies, disqualification or forfeiture may result from any of the following:
• The return of an email notification as “undeliverable” with no alternate contact availability
• Winner’s failure to provide correctly sized, original design files to TeePublic
• TeePublic doesn’t approve your design

Winner Prizes- 

Grand Prize- Winning design will be promoted on RaiderLadies.com and HomesForSale.Vegas social media platforms and featured on RaiderLadies.com. Your design will also be featured in the Raider Ladies TeePublic Store for at least 1 year. You will receive an authentic Raiders NFL ladies hoodie provided by HomesForSale.Vegas and a t-shirt with your design on it from TeePublic. All designer commissions earned through sales of clothing and merch in your Tee Public store will always be 100% yours. (This can add up to a lot of money.)

2nd and 3rd place designs will be promoted by Raider Ladies on RaiderLadies.com and on Raider Ladies’ social media platforms. Your designs will be available for sale in the Raider Ladies TeePublic store for at least 9 months with all TeePublic designer commissions paid directly to you by Tee Public. You will also receive one authentic ladies Raiders NFL shirt or a t-shirt with your design on it provided by HomesForSale.Vegas. Tee Public will provide small merchandise (TBD) with your design on them.

4th-10th place designs will be available in the Raider Ladies TeePublic store for at least 6 months. TeePublic will pay you designer commissions for our sales with your designs on them.

TeePublic Design Submission: 

• Open a Tee Public store at TeePublic.com using the code “RaiderLadies2021” in the “Main Tag” section of the uploader.
• Approval of your design by TeePublic is mandatory. Since approval times vary, you must include your store name and design number in the Raider Ladies Submission Form so it will be approved quickly. 
• TeePublic will not approve designs with copyright infringement.

Needed To Open TeePublic Store:

• PNG formatted art with a transparent background, at least 40% opacity, 8-bit color, 150 or 300 DPI and 1500 px X 1995 px for apparel and 5500 px X 5000 px to print the largest size art print. We suggest that you choose the products that your design will work on before uploading.
• Personal Information regarding where to send your commission payments.

Note: All designs submitted to TeePublic for our contest remain exclusively yours and your store will be paid design commissions by TeePublic for your design sales until you close your store. You receive your full commission for every product sold even if items are purchased in another TeePublic store (like in the Raider Ladies Store) Their commission plan is the best print-on-demand commission we could find. 

Submitting a design to this contest means you give permission to RaiderLadies.com to promote your art and allow your design to be voted for on Raider Ladies social media platforms.
